Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple departments while liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to seamlessly arrange logistics.
Maintain a core focus on ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Support candidates during the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication regarding application status and interview details.
Monitor the recruitment inbox and maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workable.
Ensure recruitment documentation is completed and stored in accordance with company policy, data protection, and GDPR requirements.
Assist with job posting and advertisement management on our website, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, equality, and diversity principles. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and candidate touchpoints.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent sourcing role (in-house or agency).
Proven experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workable.
Highly organised, proactive, and resilient approach to changing environments.
