Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through Outside Sales and Other Activities.
Contributes to the profitability and growth of Home Lending products by building, developing, and managing new and existing relationships with COI, clients and prospects.
Consults with clients and prospects to understand home lending and business goals.
Identifies and promotes U.S. Bancorp products and services to best meet those needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in mortgage lending, relationship banking, or related sales role
Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and relationship management
Experience developing and managing relationships with clients and Centers of Influence (COIs)
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building a profitable pipeline
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, home lending processes, and market trends
