Role Overview
- Execute disciplined follow-up on prospects who are not ready to book.
- Utilize Lawmatics (CRM) to manage all leads and communications.
- Follow all intake scripts, checklists, and workflows exactly as designed.
- Clearly communicate value and expectations to prospective clients.
- Consistently move leads forward through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all interactions.
- Book strategy sessions with qualified leads.
- Qualify callers based on firm-established criteria.
- Collect consult fees at the time of booking.
- Navigate sensitive conversations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a law firm, especially in intake or client services.
- Experience in consultative sales, client intake, or call-based roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Lawmatics experience is a strong plus).
- Strong phone presence with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to combine empathy with assertiveness, especially when asking for payment.
- Comfortable discussing fees and confidently collecting payment.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
- Languages: English, Spanish.
