Strategic institutional and technological relationship management to ensure the smooth operation of the solutions and services offered to users of the Health Communities Collaboration Network.
Responsible for monitoring, proposing, implementing, operating, maintaining, and evolving the technological infrastructure of the units within the health collaboration networks (RUTE, RUTE-ALC and the CPLP Digital Health Network), including specifying products, technologies, and procedures for the health networks based on analysis of market trends and opportunities.
Incorporate RNP competency definitions into the relationship pathway with user organizations of RUTE, RUTE-ALC, the CPLP Digital Health Network, and the RNP System.

Bachelor's degree in any field (completed); specialization is desirable, preferably in health informatics.
Experience in ICT, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with general business relationship protocols and procedures.
Understanding of the landscape for digital transformation in healthcare.
Knowledge of Innovation Management for digital transformation.
Desirable/Plus: Basic proficiency in English and Spanish.
