Role Overview
- Be the corporate-law expert on deal teams
- Partner with AEs on Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities
- Shape discovery, attend qualification calls, and own the technical and subject-matter narrative through demo, pilot and close
- Lead practice-group-specific demos
- Scope automation projects
- Run pilots and proofs of concept
- Bring deals home
- Respond to RFPs and procurement
- Help build the playbook
Requirements
- Qualified corporate lawyer with 2–10 years’ post-qualification experience at a recognised law firm or in-house at a sophisticated corporate, bank or insurer
- Deep familiarity with the corporate-law drafting stack — SPAs, SHAs, NDAs, JV agreements, financing documents, prospectuses, board packs, ancillaries
- Genuine interest in legal technology and AI
- Outstanding communicator
- Commercially minded
- Organised and self-directed
- Builder’s mentality
