MentorPass is a platform that connects consumer brands with top industry experts. They are seeking a Growth & Lifecycle Marketer to optimize customer journeys, engage with the community, and analyze product performance to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own signup → first session → repeat customer. Build and optimize every email sequence across the journey. Run experiments weekly. Live inside our email tools
- Engage with the community to help them achieve their goals and tell their stories. Curate newsletters and other channels to keep everyone engaged
- Build a growth dashboard. Dive deep into product analytics. ID gaps and solve them. Weekly reporting to the CEO. Surface insights, run experiments
- You will have autonomy and responsibility to grow the overall business
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or retention at a startup
- Hands-on with email platforms — you build, not spec
- Comfortable with analytics platforms like PostHog
- Experience in DTC / consumer brand ecosystem experience is very helpful
- Experience with marketplaces, education, and/or community business models helpful
- Operator mentality -- founder gives you an impossible task and you get it done
- Smart, hard-working, ambitious, and a bias for action
