Full Stack Engineer

MatchPoint Solutions is a fast-growing global IT-Engineering services company providing technology solutions to clients like Uber and Netflix. They are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET / .NET Core and C#
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and database integrations
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and UI/UX teams
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities using Azure DevOps
• Ensure applications follow security, scalability, and coding best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with: .NET / .NET Core
• C#
• SQL Server
• Experience working across the full application development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development principles
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of responsive web design and front-end best practices
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and maintenance
• Experience working in Agile development environments
