Spa Surge is a fast-growing agency where creativity meets opportunity. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in the hot tub industry to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on the hot tub industry
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic advice to meet their needs, including seasonal sales and promotions
- Oversee the execution of client projects from inception to completion, including new pages and ads for seasonal sales, onboarding, and special events
- Coordinate resources and ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients
- Communicate client requests and changes to internal teams promptly
- Analyze and report on client performance metrics, providing regular updates on client satisfaction
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for client success
- Send monthly performance reports and updates on new pages, ads, and seasonal campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Advertising, and Sales, to ensure client expectations are met
- Brief internal teams after onboarding calls and provide strategic client insights
- Participate in team meetings to provide client feedback and share insights
- Communicate CRM & pipeline-related tasks and media buying team requests
- Coordinate client tasks related to ad account access, GMB connections, and payment methods
- Gather information during onboarding calls and ensure new clients progress through the onboarding process
- Coach clients on strategies and help them with promotions and offers tailored to their needs
- Provide ongoing guidance and strategic advice during monthly client calls
- Facilitate strategy discussions to align client objectives with marketing efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating appointment scheduling by AI or appointment setters
- Send happy holiday emails and other client engagement communications
- Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns
- Review project statuses and address any immediate issues
- Conduct daily check-ins with internal teams on project progress
- Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss project updates and performance
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on campaign strategies
- Analyze weekly metrics and prepare reports for internal review
- Review and evaluate client accounts to ensure goals are being met
- Present monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Develop action plans for client retention and upsell opportunities
- Conduct strategic review sessions with clients to assess long-term goals
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential new business opportunities
- Facilitate internal workshops to share client insights and improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent college-level education
- Previous experience in the hot tub industry is required
- Account management: 2 years (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability to changing client needs and priorities
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation
