- Leverage AI-powered talent searching, talent heatmaps, and predictive scoring to prioritize outreach, refine pricing, and guide clients on real-time supply, compensation, and location strategy
- As a trusted advisor, you will shape long-term partnerships through rigorous account planning, quarterly business reviews, and solution design that spans contingent, temp-to-perm, and direct hire
- You will collaborate closely with delivery and marketing to activate targeted campaigns, elevate employer branding, and ensure on-spec, on-time fulfillment that drives renewal, upsell, and multi-site expansion
