AI Collaborator, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the commercial expansion of their Enterprise AI Enablement Platform, MARCO™. This foundational revenue leadership role involves developing sales strategies, building partnerships, and leading the sales organization to establish AI Collaborator as a leader in the enterprise AI category.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth for AI Collaborator across North America
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting Global 2000 organizations
- Close complex enterprise platform and AI transformation deals with C-level buyers
- Establish AI Collaborator as the trusted partner for enterprise AI enablement
- Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with executive stakeholders across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises
- Drive multi-business-unit expansion within enterprise accounts through a structured land-and-expand model
- Convert pilot engagements into large-scale enterprise deployments
- Position MARCO as the defining platform in the Enterprise AI Enablement category
- Educate the market on the emerging need for AI enablement infrastructure and execution discipline
- Represent AI Collaborator in executive briefings, industry forums, and major enterprise technology conferences
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier enterprise account executives
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and vertical GTM strategies
- Establish scalable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and CRM pipeline management
- Identify and develop partnerships with consulting firms, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners that accelerate enterprise adoption
- Leverage AI Collaborator’s global partner ecosystem to expand deal opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Lead with conviction, discipline, and accountability in building a new enterprise software category
- Champion collaboration across product, engineering, partnerships, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Operate with an ownership mindset — driving both strategy and execution
- Build a culture of high performance, transparency, and enterprise customer obsession
- Represent AI Collaborator with credibility at the highest levels of enterprise leadership
