Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead prospects through the discovery-to-close cycle, identifying specific learning needs and proposing optimal solutions
- Inbound Response: Efficiently manage and qualify a high volume of meetings generated by external SDR vendors
- Strategic Growth: Eventually absorb broader Business Development (BDR) responsibilities to identify and approach potential customers in the region
- Market Focus: Target large enterprise clients across various industries, including pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing, and retail
- Independent Operation: Manage your workflow, CRM reporting, and client follow-ups with high autonomy, reporting back to the Tokyo-based leadership during established time frames
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in corporate sales (SaaS, consulting, or professional services)
- Proven record of generating sales opportunities from marketing qualified leads and managing discovery calls
- A documented track record of working independently and effectively in a remote-first environment
- Native-level English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent for professional communication with US/EU enterprise clients
- Candidates must have access to high-speed enterprise-grade internet and a professional home office environment
- Conversational Japanese proficiency (to facilitate internal communication with the Tokyo headquarters)
- Experience in the SaaS industry
