Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will collaborate with clients to design and build custom technology solutions, develop user interfaces, and integrate AI/ML technologies into development workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to design and build custom technology solutions tailored to business needs
• Develop responsive, declarative front-end user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript libraries, while also building complex back-end systems using Java (or Scala/Kotlin), C#, Node.js, or Python
• Design, develop, and support critical applications and system components from end to end
• Write and execute unit tests; troubleshoot and recommend solutions for complex technical issues
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of both new and existing applications across the full stack
• Actively explores and integrates AI/ML technologies into development workflows; stays up to date on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and market trends

Requirements:

• Collaborate closely with clients to design and build custom technology solutions tailored to business needs
• Develop responsive, declarative front-end user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript libraries, while also building complex back-end systems using Java (or Scala/Kotlin), C#, Node.js, or Python
• Design, develop, and support critical applications and system components from end to end
• Write and execute unit tests; troubleshoot and recommend solutions for complex technical issues
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of both new and existing applications across the full stack
• Proficient in full-stack development with expertise in either modern JavaScript & React, or backend-languages like C#, Java, Kotlin, Python, etc., along with API design and documentation
• Experienced with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and database schema design
• Hands-on experience 1+ cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization tools (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control using Git
• Passion to mentor other engineers, driving technical excellence, while contributing to a strong engineering culture
• Committed to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technology trends, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent communicator with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and take initiative across varied responsibilities
• Exposure to or curiosity about agentic coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code); willingness to adopt and champion AI-assisted development practices as part of your everyday workflow
• An eagerness to explore and apply agentic AI patterns—including orchestration, RAG, and LLM integration—to client solutions as the technology matures
