As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, managing brand messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with company goals and customer insights
- Own brand messaging and storytelling across channels (web, email, social, packaging, partnerships)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Growth, CX) to ensure brand consistency
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation
- Manage brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal launches
- Oversee external agencies and freelancers for creative execution
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Champion brand integrity and evolution as we scale
Requirements:
- 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer goods
- Strong strategic thinking and creative judgment
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the evolving consumer landscape
