Slalom Flex (project based): Project Manager

Slalom is a business and technology consulting company that focuses on enabling organizations to redefine their potential. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead program management efforts, clarify goals, and ensure organizational alignment across various workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Own and run Rhythm of Business (ROB)
• Provide PM leadership to clarify goals, define success metrics, and create shared understanding
• Partner w/SMEs to define needs + capabilities; support planning + analysis; drive coordination across reporting, process + program teams; lead structured PM work
• Lead implementation workstreams and ensure organizational alignment

Requirements:

• Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond execution and design thoughtful, scalable adoption strategies aligned to customer outcomes
• Customer facing excellence: Strong presence and communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas and engaging with senior customer stakeholders
• Program management expertise: Experience structuring, managing, and evolving programs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Prior Slalom experience
