Technical Lead/Soluiton Architect (GenAI)

Experience

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in a Tech Lead or Solution Architect role
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML or GenAI platform features, including LLM-based pipelines in enterprise environments
• Prior experience in financial services, investment management, asset management, or adjacent data-intensive domains strongly preferred
• Demonstrated delivery of system integrations at scale including REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipeline frameworks

Technical Skills

• Backend development

• Python (primary) or Node.js for pipeline and API development
• RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, async processing patterns

• Familiarity with AI / GenAI Platform

• OpenAI API (or equivalent LLM provider) prompt engineering, token optimization, multi-step chain design
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embedding pipelines, vector database management (MongoDB Atlas Vector / similar)

• Familiarity with Process Orchestration

• Camunda BPM (or equivalent BPMS) workflow modeling, DMN/BPMN, external task patterns
• Experience designing observable, resumable, long-running business process automation workflows

• Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hosted on AWS
• Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipelines, sprint boards, release management
• Databricks notebook-to-pipeline promotion, job scheduling, Genie-layer familiarity

• Data Integration

• Experience integrating with third-party data vendors via APIs and SFTP-based pipelines
• Familiarity with financial data platforms (DDQ providers, Dasetti/eVestment, eVestment, or similar) is a strong plus

• Security & Compliance

• Snyk, SonarQube static analysis, dependency scanning, vulnerability remediation
• OAuth 2.0 / Okta-based authentication integration
