Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst Level 3 with strong EpicCare Ambulatory expertise to support ongoing system operations in a live healthcare environment.
This role is focused on production support and operational management, including handling ticket queues, resolving user issues, and supporting ambulatory workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting clinicians and operational teams.
- Managing ticket queues (ServiceNow or similar)
- Responding to:
- physician issues
- clinic workflow problems
- system defects
- Prioritizing user requests and system changes
- Coordinating fixes with:
- Epic build teams
- technical teams
- Supporting:
- workflow optimization
- system enhancements
- Helping users understand:
- how Epic should function
- how to fix workflow issues
Requirements:
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (MANDATORY)
- Strong experience in:
- production support
- ticket queue management
- user-facing troubleshooting
- Experience working in a live Epic environment
- Ability to handle high-volume requests independently
Preferred:
- Experience supporting multiple Epic modules
- Clinical workflow understanding
- Experience in large hospital systems
