Senior Full Stack Engineer

Enzo Health is a healthcare technology company transforming home health operations through purpose-built artificial intelligence. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will help build and scale the core infrastructure, developing products that automate critical workflows in home health.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
• Own major parts of the codebase and help define technical architecture
• Work closely with product and design to translate user needs into scalable solutions
• Build systems that leverage AI/ML to automate healthcare workflows (OASIS, intake, scribe, etc.)
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform
• Write clean, maintainable code and establish best practices across the engineering team
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers as the team grows
• Move quickly—balancing speed with long-term technical quality
