Software Engineer: Full Stack, Product Engagement

Thatch is a fully distributed early stage company focused on transforming healthcare through technology. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to enhance product engagement by improving user experiences from account creation to enrollment, utilizing both technical skills and product-focused strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve core product flows related to onboarding, activation, and enrollment
• Build and ship full stack features, from backend services to user-facing interfaces
• Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design, test, and iterate on changes that improve conversion
• Work closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners to ship solutions
• Contribute to systems that support engagement and lifecycle messaging

Requirements:

• Experience building and shipping production web applications across the stack
• Strong product judgment and comfort working through ambiguity
• Ability to reason about user behavior and use data to inform decisions
• Experience owning features end-to-end
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration and good technical decision-making
• Work on onboarding, activation, or engagement-focused product areas
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company
• Background in healthcare, finance, or similarly complex domains
