Minty is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand, demand generation, and events strategy during a period of rapid growth. This role will drive integrated marketing initiatives across both shopper and e-commerce brand audiences, overseeing key marketing channels and executing high-impact campaigns across digital, events, and media.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Build and optimize lead generation and nurturing programs using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Manage and optimize digital channels including SEO, SEM, and paid media to drive traffic, leads, and conversion
- Create and manage marketing assets (case studies, webinars, sales materials, web content) to support demand generation and sales
- Partner with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across campaigns
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize programs to improve ROI and pipeline impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing across B2B and/or consumer environments
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns, events, and demand generation programs with measurable results
- Proficiency with marketing automation, AI tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI
- Experience supporting integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
