Storable is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us further grow our customer base. This role involves identifying and overcoming hurdles, connecting with marina operators, and empowering account executives with valuable discovery information to demonstrate technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly interact with marina operators, using Salesforce for team tracking and working purposes. Some of these metrics include (but are not limited to) phone calls, leads, and pipeline management
- Constantly test new and innovative approaches to sales and lead generation
- Demonstrate the ability to call out to our current customer base to generate cross-sell opportunities for our account executives
- Work multiple outbound/outreach call campaigns from our marketing team
- Cold-call into regional areas to find net-new opportunities with marina owners
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a fun and congenial work environment with your team
- Design, refine, and document various value propositions from scratch to understand how to best route different customers to multiple products
- Prioritize consistently to move high urgency, high-quality opportunities immediately and jump back into the next prioritized task
- Maintain strong discipline of clicks and process inside of Salesforce
- More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Generate 2 -3 outbound SQLs per day
- Pipeline management and follow-ups with potential clients
- Hitting monthly activity and lead quotas
- Taking detailed notes on all customer interactions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume cold calling, consistently achieving or exceeding a target of 80+ calls per day
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Zendesk (or similar tool), Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
- A hunger not just to get results right the first time, but also to improve them for the future
- Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- Time-management skills and motivation to constantly push yourself to do better in a remote environment. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, trust yourself to make the right call in the moment, and can calmly develop best practices as you go
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify your daily tasks in order to scale systems and processes across larger teams
- All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Experience with the marina or automotive industry
- Experience with Salesforce
