Minty is an AI shopping companion that enhances savings for shoppers and fosters loyalty for brands. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through multi-channel outbound prospecting, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage ecommerce retailers, brands and partners
- Build and execute low-volume, high-touch multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, and sequencing), as well as high-volume, low-touch email campaigns to generate new opportunities
- Support Account Executives by scheduling qualified meetings and building pipeline
- Conduct strategic research on target accounts and tailor messaging to key personas
- Develop personalized outreach that drives engagement and response
- Clearly communicate Minty’s value proposition and how it drives revenue and customer acquisition
- Handle objections and qualify opportunities effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in CRM
- Own follow-up communications with speed, consistency, and personalization
- Consistently meet or exceed qualified meeting targets
- Partner closely with Commercial leadership and Account Executives
- Continuously learn, test new approaches, and contribute to team best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SDR or related sales experience
- Experience or strong interest in ecommerce, affiliate marketing, martech, or adtech
- Proven ability to prospect and engage through multi-channel outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales
