Thrivelab is a company focused on providing recruitment services across healthcare, technology, and operations sectors. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring experience while collaborating with various teams to set new hires up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across three verticals — healthcare, information technology, and operations
- Manage the full candidate pipeline from requisition intake through to a signed offer and HR onboarding handoff
- Create a smooth, respectful, and people-centered hiring experience for candidates across all three verticals
- Work closely with HR & People Operations, Clinical Operations, hiring managers, and Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure every new hire is set up for success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — in-house, agency, staffing, or RPO environment
- Demonstrated experience across more than one job family or sector — comfortable switching between clinical, technology, and operations searches
- Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience — understanding of licensure, credentialing, or clinical job families
- Technology recruiting experience — ability to evaluate software, infrastructure, or data profiles using structured screening methods
- Operations or administrative recruiting experience — ability to assess organisational fit, communication style, and seniority level
- Experience in a multi-client or multi-tenant environment is strongly preferred — agency, staffing, or RPO background highly valued
- ATS — proficiency required; advanced configuration knowledge is a significant advantage
- HRIS — familiarity preferred for onboarding handoff coordination
- Scheduling automation tools knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and pipeline tracking tools
- Experience with background check platforms and coordination across US and non-US jurisdictions
- Comfort working across shared communication channels — all candidate contact managed through a single recruitment inbox
- Exceptional organisation and time management — capable of managing multiple open roles across three verticals simultaneously
- Strong written communication — you are the voice of the employer brand in every candidate email across all tenants
- High attention to detail — clinical credential tracking, background check status, and stage accuracy all depend on it
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information — clinical credentials, voluntary disclosures, and offer terms require strict data protection
- Collaborative, service-oriented approach to hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates alike
- Adaptability — context-switching between a clinical search and a DevOps hire on the same afternoon is a regular occurrence in this role
- Professionalism and discretion across all communications and candidate interactions
- Self-directed and accountable — this is a solo function operating with significant autonomy
