Responsibilities:

• Critically reading and analyzing complex texts to identify nuance, implicit meaning, and gaps in reasoning
• Writing clear, precise, and well-evidenced rationales that provide thoughtful, non-surface-level evaluations
• Applying structured evaluation guidelines with strict accuracy and consistency
• Delivering honest, objective assessments, including critical feedback where warranted
• Working independently while strictly following detailed task instructions (without using any AI writing tools)
