Pay Rate:$25.00 (W2 only) or $30.00 (INCORPORATED), (Not accepting 1099 or C2C)

HOURS: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Seeking to hire a Service Desk Technician for an onsite role. They will responsible for the following:
Printer Administration and Troubleshooting:
- Server Print Queue, and local Queues
Active Directory Management:
- Able to navigate Different OUs
- Able to look up attributes
- Able to reset password and unlock accounts
iOS Management, Support, and Deployments:
- Setting up new phones/iPads
- Resetting iTunes accounts
- Resetting network settings
- Backup/Restore device data
Video Conferencing:
- Cisco WebEx
- MS Teams
- Cisco Presence video solutions
Network Troubleshooting:
- Internal vs external
- VPN
- LTE
- Wi-Fi
Application Troubleshooting:
- Account permission
- Compatibility settings
- Browser vs installed
Remote Support:
- MSRA
- RDP
- MS TEAMs
- Webex
Hardware Deployment
ServiceNow:
- Ticket management and Assignment
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Application Troubleshooting, including account permissions, compatibility settings and browser vs installed
Hands-on experience with hardware deployment, setup, and troubleshooting
Experience with printer administration and troubleshooting
Experience providing Active Directory user administration
Experience setting up/resetting iOS devices (iPhone/iPad)
Experienced with Video Conferencing tools, such as Cisco WebEx, MS Teams and Cisco Presence video solutions
Experience with network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE)
Experience with remote support tools (RDP, MSRA, Teams, WebEx)
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Ability to troubleshoot end-user applications and access issues
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Worked in a IT Call Center
Handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day.
