Initiates, develops, leads and manages marketing strategies, positioning, initiatives and programs in support of company objectives
Develops and drives marketing strategies, working with partners across multiple business operations
Identifies business opportunities and manages major business initiatives
Serves as program owner, accountable for development, design, and execution
Collaborates with market managers and the communications team to ensure program positioning and promotion are aligned
Works closely with senior management to identify market opportunities and develop program priorities
Educates business partners on brand-related issues and opportunities
Identifies segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes
Establishes goals and sets targets to measure the program's success
Partners with business areas to execute and gain adoption of programs

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Six years of marketing experience, preferably customer-focused experience with a specific market segment
Health care or eye care background a plus
Experience with program management and leadership skills
Advanced understanding of marketing concepts, theories, and practices
Proven ability to problem-solve, manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan strategically, and adapt to frequent change
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven advanced presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively use a variety of communication mediums and customize content for targeted audiences
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties.
