Pulse Advertising is a growing company in the USA seeking a Client and Influencer Marketing Manager to deliver exciting campaigns for world-leading brands. The role involves managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating cross-functionally with teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- You manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, owning creator briefing, negotiation, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting across your client portfolio
- You lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and ensuring clients always know where their campaigns stand
- You own account health across your portfolio, tracking scope, flagging over and under-servicing early, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
- You coordinate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, acting as the single point of accountability for delivery on your accounts
- You understand data and analytics and can produce actionable insights and trend reporting in presentation formats
- You are willing and able to join in-person client photo and video shoots and support with organizational production needs
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally agency-side, with a track record of managing campaigns independently and owning client relationships
- Fluent across major social platforms and stay genuinely close to creator culture, trends, and platform developments without being prompted
- Strong client communicator who can manage senior stakeholders, handle difficult conversations, and keep relationships healthy under pressure
- Work efficiently and are fluent with AI tooling. Actively use AI day-to-day to speed up research, drafting, reporting, and analysis, and excited to help shape how Pulse uses AI across the influencer marketing workflow
- Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomous decision making
