Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Create clear documentation (user stories, process flows, business requirements documents)
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions
- Identify process improvements and recommend optimization opportunities
- Support project delivery and ensure timelines are met
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews)
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Good documentation skills (e.g., user stories, BRDs)
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Experience in ITSM processes
- Knowledge of Service Now, Cherwell or other similar tools
- Good understanding in IT processes (Change, Incident, Problem)
