They are seeking a Revenue Marketing Manager to build and execute demand generation campaigns, create compelling content, and manage marketing operations to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Manage email marketing, outbound programs, LinkedIn campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives
- Generate qualified meetings, discovery calls, and pipeline opportunities
- Measure and optimize campaign performance
- Transform internal expertise into compelling content and marketing assets
- Interview leaders and subject matter experts
- Create LinkedIn content, blog articles, case studies, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials
- Help strengthen Red Van's thought leadership and market visibility
- Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, lead management, and reporting
- Build dashboards and campaign reporting
- Improve alignment between marketing and sales
- Support co-marketing initiatives with Shopify, Salesforce, and technology partners
- Help increase partner-sourced opportunities and ecosystem visibility
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing
- Strong HubSpot experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and LinkedIn content
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
- Experience marketing consulting, professional services, SaaS, or agency-based businesses
- Ecommerce, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience
- Account-based marketing and partner marketing experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation, research, and campaign execution
- Experience marketing complex technology or consulting solutions
