TrueFoundry is a company focused on building foundational infrastructure for production AI systems. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work directly with the Co-founders on strategy, execution, and cross-functional initiatives, driving high-impact projects across AI platform strategy and customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive founder-led strategic initiatives and quarterly priorities
- Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and outcomes
- Partner with Product, Platform Engineering and Customer Success
- Support enterprise GTM, strategic accounts
- Track OKRs, leadership action items, and cross-team dependencies
- Prepare leadership decks, dashboards, decision memos, and investor updates
- Lead or support special projects: Launch and scale GenAI capabilities (LLM deployment, inference optimization, model orchestration)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in startups, consulting, product ops, strategy, or business roles
- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical and dashboarding skills
- High ownership, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools
- Experience working with founders, platform teams, or enterprise customers
