
Title: Infrastructure / Application Change Manager
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Application Change Manager with strong ITSM expertise and enterprise infrastructure knowledge to support change governance, CAB operations, ServiceNow reporting, and change execution activities in a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating change requests, managing risks, facilitating CAB processes, and ensuring successful execution of infrastructure and application changes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze infrastructure and application change requests for completeness, accuracy, and risk assessment.
Evaluate change impacts, dependencies, customer impact, rollback strategies, and execution readiness.
Collaborate with change owners and stakeholders to identify risks, mitigation plans, and execution requirements.
Prepare CAB agendas, conduct CAB triage activities, and facilitate CAB meetings.
Provide weekend and off-hours support for change execution and issue triage.
Identify and route high-impact or high-risk changes for proactive monitoring and event management.
Drive continuous process improvements and maintain ITSM documentation, procedures, and operational playbooks.
Review Change Tickets/TCMs for Core Platform Services to ensure compliance and highlight potential risks.
Monitor change implementation activities and ensure adherence to governance standards.

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including:

Hands-on experience with ITSM Change Management processes and CAB operations.
Experience using ServiceNow Change Management and reporting modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to assess technical risks and business impacts effectively.
Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure and application environments.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices and Change Management frameworks.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams during change implementation activities.
Knowledge of incident, problem, and event management processes.
