They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support the RethinkCare Sales team by maximizing qualified leads through effective communication and managing outbound lead flow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound lead flow
- Generate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information to ensure effective follow-up and conversion
- Document and update customer records to maintain accurate interaction history
- Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas
- Track and manage prospects through Salesforce
- Stay current with industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Sales experience is required (prospecting and discovery calls)
- Demonstrate sales process understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding goals
- Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
- Effective listening and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Ability to work productively in a remote environment
- Detail oriented and proficient organizational, time-management skills
- Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft office and business practices
- Experience working w/ Midmarket & Enterprise preferred
