RPM Healthcare partners with health systems and employers to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs. The VP of Business Development & Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing and closing new partnerships with self-insured employers and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with self-insured employers and key decision-makers
- Develop partnerships with benefits consultants, brokers, TPAs, and employer coalitions
- Source your own opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry presence
- Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation through contract execution
- Engage CFOs, CHROs, Benefits Leaders, Total Rewards Executives, and CEOs
- Present financial and clinical value propositions to executive audiences
- Close high-value employer and channel partner agreements
- Drive meaningful new revenue growth
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process
- Represent RPM Healthcare with credibility, confidence, and executive presence
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development experience selling healthcare solutions into self-insured employers
- Existing relationships with Benefits Leaders, CHROs, CFOs, brokers, consultants, or TPAs
- Proven experience selling solutions that impact healthcare costs, employee health, wellness, population health, care management, digital health, navigation, benefits, or employer healthcare strategies
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing your own business
- Strong hunter mentality with a bias toward action and accountability
- Experience navigating long and complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Ability to clearly articulate both ROI and clinical outcomes
