CENTEGIX is the industry leader in wearable safety technology for various sectors, including healthcare and education. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead product discovery and delivery for emergency response solutions, partnering closely with Engineering and Product Design to enhance user experiences and response outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and help shape product direction for emergency response and incident management solutions
- Lead product discovery with customers, internal users, and stakeholders, synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify high-impact opportunities
- Balance customer needs, operational realities, regulatory considerations, scalability, and technical feasibility
- Drive product decisions using customer insights, operational data, and market analysis
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria
- Build a deep understanding of our users' complex operational and response environments
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver mission-critical capabilities and user-centered experiences
- Drive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
- Define and track product success metrics, using insights to guide iteration and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional coordination for product releases and launches, ensuring successful rollout and adoption across customer and internal teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling software products
- Proven track record of managing complex software systems from discovery through delivery
- Familiarity with products that integrate software and physical systems, with the ability to reason through technical and operational constraints
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product Design to deliver high-quality, user-centered software solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and outcomes
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and imperfect information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and product direction
- A data-informed approach to roadmap planning, prioritization, and iteration
- Occasional travel may be needed for internal meetings, customer engagements, or industry events
- Prior exposure to incident management, public safety, or mission-critical systems is a bonus, but not a requirement
