Nilfisk is a world-leading provider of professional cleaning equipment and services, and they are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to coordinate and execute product marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage new product launches and create marketing campaigns to boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and execution of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to understand new product features and benefits, providing critical input for marketing campaigns
- Create and activate marketing campaigns focused on new product launches, including email marketing, online advertising, and social media to target end-users and dealers
- Work closely with the sales and product team to support training and sales tools
- Localize and maintain product collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, training and sales enablement materials specific products
- Monitor and report on the performance of new product marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful launches
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of new product marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
- Support tradeshows with product marketing knowledge and recommendations
- Support the updating of current product assets across all product line – floorcare, vacuums and HPW
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive insights, with a specific focus on product positions and strategies
- Coordinate marketing efforts for promotions of products that lag in unit volume or promotional support, including PAC
- Support various programs as needed in relation to brand alignments, re-brands and private label
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
