AlumierMD is a company focused on digital marketing in the beauty and wellness sector, and they are seeking a North America Digital Marketing Manager. This role involves owning key digital channels to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth while managing a junior coordinator and collaborating with various teams to execute integrated marketing plans.
Responsibilities:
- Owning AlumierMD’s organic social media presence ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Driving paid media activity across search & social platforms to drive performance and ROI
- Managing the relationship with external social and digital agencies to ensure campaigns, content, and reporting are delivered effectively
- Leading email marketing and CRM activity through Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and loyalty program management
- Supporting the planning and execution of integrated B2B digital campaigns and initiatives to support lead generation, acquisition and retention
- Working closely with brand, tech, and commercial teams to optimize customer journeys and campaign performance
- Supporting website and ecommerce optimization across Shopify, including campaign landing pages, content updates, and merchandising
- Monitoring campaign, channel, and customer performance using data and insights to drive continuous optimization
- Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across paid media, social, CRM, and ecommerce activity
- Supporting SEO and website content optimization initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of paid media, social media, CRM, email marketing, content, and ecommerce

- Proven experience in an industry-relevant Digital Marketing role (4+ years)

- Strong understanding of social media, paid media, CRM, email marketing, loyalty, and ecommerce
- Experience managing agencies and integrated digital campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with SEO tools and website optimization
- Experience within beauty/wellness
- Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Reside in Eastern time zone
