TEKNIKOZ is seeking an experienced PLM Business Analyst with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes. The role involves collaborating with various business teams to gather requirements, lead workshops, and support PLM transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process-mapping activities with cross-functional teams
- Develop current-state and future-state business process maps
- Define functional requirements, user stories, and business specifications
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triaging, validation, and business sign-off activities
- Support PLM transformation and process re-engineering initiatives
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and drive alignment across business functions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the PLM domain with focus on Product Engineering, Product Development, and Supply Chain Operations
- Minimum 2 end-to-end PLM implementation programs, including process re-engineering, solution design, build, testing, and rollout
- Strong experience in PLM testing, UAT execution, defect management, and validation activities
- Good understanding of PLM platforms; Teamcenter experience is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience
- Ability to lead large workshops and business discussions with leadership teams
