Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Inorsa is an AI-first automation platform transforming mission-critical infrastructure. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customer teams, implementing solutions and driving adoption of their platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customer teams to scope, deploy, and refine automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and unblock integration issues during onboarding and production rollout
• Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers during active deployments
• Implement full-stack solutions in Python, TypeScript, and SQL to support unique customer needs
• Contribute production-grade code that adapts or extends Inorsa’s core product
• Identify reusable patterns, tools, and internal improvements from fieldwork
• Define success metrics and track customer progress toward value realization
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure delivery aligns with evolving needs
• Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback
