In Tandem is a company that builds technology to help families manage everyday routines and navigate life's transitions. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new co-parent subscriptions through high-volume outbound outreach, engaging attorneys and family law firms to generate referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach), as well as following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Maintain a consistent cadence of daily outreach activity to build and manage a healthy pipeline of family law professionals
- Create a strong first impression with prospects by clearly articulating how OurFamilyWizard can benefit their practice and their clients
- Develop a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s offerings and tailor messaging to the unique needs of each prospect
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in the CRM, ensuring data is complete and up to date
- Achieve and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting goals
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and drive overall growth
Requirements:
- 1+ years in a sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting role (cold calling/emailing) or sales support/marketing support role
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience selling to or working with legal professionals is a plus
