They are seeking a Business Development Representative to proactively engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives in a high-performance sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Lead discovery-focused conversations to understand how firms operate today and where they are feeling friction
- Qualify opportunities and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Consistently set 20+ qualified meetings per month that convert downstream
- Ask thoughtful, well-timed questions and truly listen to the answers
- Adapt your messaging in real time based on what resonates
- Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities from window-shopping to serious evaluations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar sales role
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging new prospects
- Think in terms of ownership and outcomes, not just tasks
- Action-oriented: willing to test, learn, and iterate
- Resilient and driven: willing to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to hit numbers
