Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions.
Assess the current performance of their acute revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes.
Build relationships with clients and seek opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes.
Proactively identify opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.
Spearhead the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.
Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.
Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services.
7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.
Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
