Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care through a leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. The Business Development Representative will play a key role in growing the SaaS business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Place outbound phone calls to prospective HME suppliers
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating them on the benefits of Parachute and ultimately transferring them to an Account Executive to support our HME supplier expansion
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects through cold calling, follow-up calls, and emails
- Act as the subject matter expert on our product offerings/solution development skills with new customers
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experienced with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
- Relentless and curious. A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our partners and internal teams
