Role: Pega Developer

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join our team at TForce Freight, Inc. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in PEGA development, with a focus on LSA (Senior Technical Architect) responsibilities. This is a contract position with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:

Lead System Architect responsibilities, including mentoring and empowering application development teams
Gather and document business and system requirements from end users and technical staff
Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements
Develop user interface, service tier, data tier components, and infrastructure or security for PRPC
Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components
Assist in project planning, timeline development, and resource leveling
Mentor business and technical team members on processes and standards
Manage software functional requirements throughout the SDLC
Participate in an Agile software development environment
Translate business requirements to application with Lead Business Architect
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Perform multiple roles as needed during the project
Experience with PEGA business process modeling and change management

Requirements:

Required Skills:

LSA (Senior Technical Architect) certification
Minimum of 5 years of PEGA Lead Development and 8 years of PEGA SSA Developer experience
Minimum of 7 Use Case Development experience
Experience in developing and delivering software to customers post LSA certification
Experience in an Agile software development environment

Preferred Skills:

Handson PEGA upgrade projects experience
Experience in translating between technical and non-technical team members
Experience working closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills
