Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Enter new bills in billing system
Prepare payroll for all employees (currently 38) using ADP Workforce Now, including validating pay and deductions, and submitting for approval
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records of company expenses and income
Review timesheets and follow-up with employees if there are any questions
Review expense reports and follow-up with employees if there are any questions
Prepare invoices monthly
Prepare utilization reports monthly
Maintain Travel & Expense policy
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment laws

Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll
Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
Experience with Expensify a plus
Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with technologies to communicate amongst a remote workforce (GoogleMeet or other video conferencing platforms, Slack, email, etc)
