The role provides customer service, benefits education, consultative insurance guidance, enrollment assistance, and ongoing policy support for clients in a fully remote environment. Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided, with performance-based compensation and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
• Identify each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and policy features
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Assist with required documentation
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates and policy service requests
• Provide ongoing customer support after enrollment
• Help clients navigate the claims process when needed
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements
• Complete structured virtual onboarding
• Participate in weekly training and coaching
• Receive ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Strengthen product and industry knowledge
