As an Account Manager for IMP, you will give best in class support to ensure our customer’s needs and priorities are being are met.
You will introduce new products to them that can optimise and help them with their plans for growth.
Manage internal relationships, stay abreast of regular system changes, and build strong links with our customers.
The Account Management team are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with IMP Customers.
They work closely with Trusts to understand their needs and goals, showcase solutions to support them and win business.
Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and goals.
Develop and implement solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
Identify and close upsell opportunities.
Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services.
Forecast and track sales metrics.
Work closely with our dedicated customer success team to ensure customer delight.
Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams.
