Requirements

3+ years of experience in earned media, PR, partnerships, or similar
Proven track record of creative, high-impact activations that created real visibility without large budgets
Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a strong drive to get things done
Communication comes naturally to you
Comfortable negotiating and tracking partner performance
Genuine interest in or understanding of community-driven environments
