Managing multiple inboxes (10+), drafting emails, and flagging urgent matters.
Diary and personal support including scheduling meetings, events, and travel.
Planning and coordinating events across multiple brands.
Operations and administration: onboarding clients/members/partners, system improvement.
Finance and payments: tracking invoices, expenses, basic bookkeeping.
Content & brand support (optional): social media scheduling, content planning, community engagement.
Presentation & project support: creating presentations, business documents, supporting launches and campaigns.

Proven experience managing high-volume inboxes (10+).
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
Strong written communication, confident responding on behalf of the business.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and solutions-focused, able to make decisions independently.
Comfortable working across multiple brands and tasks.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Sense of humour for a fast-paced environment.

Bookkeeping, invoices, and financial tracking software.
Graphic design and presentation tools.
Email campaign and audience management platforms.
