Perform financial functions activities such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
Provide support in the procurement cycle of the AT accommodations
Assist in developing an Acquisitions Deskside Guide as processes evolve
Run ad-hoc reports for the client when required
Liaise with customers and vendors to mitigate procurement cycle issues
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations
Interface with government auditors to support audits
Conduct market research, define the procurement approach, identify qualified vendors, assess risks, and solicit proposals from vendors
Procure items, manage inventory, and resolve supply chain issues
Communicate acquisition status to relevant stakeholders

3 years of financial analysis, purchasing, and customer service experience required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required
Knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations is required
Proficiency in budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and financial analysis is required
Experience with the DoD and its stakeholders is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
Highly proficient using MS Office Suite applications is required
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities is required
Effective problem-solving skills, especially in addressing customer concerns is required
Attention to detail and willingness to learn is required
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is required
