As a Strategy & Ops Manager, you are the engine room of the business.
You will work along side the founders and product leads to drive and evolve the Deblock vision.
Your speed, efficiency, and eye for detail will drive success across the Deblock product.
You are self-guided and are driven to solve problems which define an industry.

Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion.
Build the data foundations needed to make good decisions: defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights that inform strategy.
Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations keeping diverse workstreams moving in sync.
Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
