Role Overview

Assisting with the organization and execution of events and company functions
Internal HR support
Supporting topics such as personnel development, employment law, and occupational health and safety
Conducting research and conference registrations
Coordinating external service providers and suppliers
Supporting other operational and administrative day-to-day tasks

Requirements

Strong academic performance
Some experience in event organization
Flexibility, initiative, and strong organizational skills
Available for at least eight hours per week
Team player / ability to work in a team
